Share your posts to Google+

When you share your blog posts to Google+, you can find new followers and engage with your readers.

First, link your blog to your Google+ page

Before you can share your blog posts to Google+, you need to connect your blog with a Google+ page or profile.

1. Open your Blogger account.
2. Click on the blog you want to edit this setting for.
3. On the left side of the page, click Google+.
4. From this page, you can change the Google+ profile your blog is associated with, or link your blog to a Google+ page.

Ways to share your posts to Google+

Automatically share to Google+

If your blog is linked to a Google+ page or profile, a snippet of each new blog post is automatically shared on Google+.

Turn automatic sharing on or off

1. Open your Blogger account.
2. Click on the blog you want to edit this setting for.
3. On the left side of the page, click Google+.
4. Check or uncheck the box next to "Automatically share after posting."

Posts automatic sharing doesn't work for

• Blogs with adult content
• Posts created using an API
• Posts you imported

Choose which new posts you want to share

If you want to choose which posts you share or which circles you share them with, you can turn on the Prompt to share after posting setting. When you publish a post, a box will show up where you can choose which circles to share with and create a custom message.

Turn prompting after posting on or off

1. Open your Blogger account.
2. Click on the blog you want to edit this setting for.
3. On the left side of the page, click Google+.
4. Check or uncheck the box next to "Prompt to share after posting."

Share a blog post that you created in the past

1. Open your Blogger account.
2. Click on the blog you want to edit this setting for.
3. On the left side of the page, click Posts.
4. Find the post you want to share to Google+.
5. Under the title of the post, click Share.
